1. Eat nutritious foods, Milk may also help
2. Genetics, get ur parents height, add them up and divide by two and that will most likely be your height.
3. Sleep = this releases testosterone everytime u get into deep sleep so get ur recommended 8 hrs

It all depends on how much you get from your growth spurt, you might not grow much at all. Who knows?
you're average size for an almost 12-year-old. You might get a huge growth spirt or not, but trust me....at least 5'9" or something
