I heard a diet expert on a TV talk show a few years ago explain how to GAIN weight, and it made sense to me. Here's what he said:

Odd as it sounds, you trick your body into thinking its going to starve to death by going on a crash diet for 2 days. Then, for two days after that you start eating as much high-calorie stuff as you can fit in your stomache...creamy milk shakes, fried chicken, pancakes with butter and syrup...that kind of stuff. Then, you simply repeat that cycle - 2 days dieting and 2 days stuffing yourself. Keep doing this 4-day cycle until you've gained your ideal weight.

It works by throwing your body into "survivial mode" when you diet very hard for two days. Your body thinks it's going to starve to death, so it responds by lowering its metabolic rate to compensate for the dramatic loss in calories. When you start eating tons of food on days 3 and 4, you'll gain weight because your body is still in the low metabolism mode. Get it?

There's a lot of people who envy your situation! But, I do understand that it's no fun being too skinny. Good luck!

Eat Junk food

Don't eat junk food, eat a lot of pasta and drink whole milk.

Fat? Are you crazy? Can you imagine yourself, skinny and with cellulite? Yes, it does exist, skinny people with cellulite, and it's really ugly.

Go to a nutritionist, go to the Gym and build some muscle, eat 3 strong meals daily, combined with healthy and varied snacks, I dont know, but dont get obsessive with fat.

Wow....this is a break from all those questions asking how to LOSE weight...

buy protein shake or bar because the good old thing about protein in your muscles is that if you don't work out it turn into fat so is not a bad fat you don't wanna be eating junk food trust me not good for your health. Also, you can find fat especially made for that it's a good fat not bad one like you have that looks terrible trust me to that go to GNC.com

DON"T EAT JUNK FOOD!!!!. That will just give you a big belly!!! You got to eat healthy and a lot. Eat a lot of meat like chicken and eat potatoes. Instead of sweets eat a banana or something. eating sweets and junk food won't solve anything. When you get hungry eat a sandwich. I use to have the same problem because I got a lot of exercise and not a lot of food. What you have to do is still exercise just not as much!!. it's really important that when you're hungry that you don't take a cookie or some candy but that you eat a sandwich or a yogurt.

toast w/ butter
whole milk
bananas
daily multivitamins
nuts
spaghetti

also if you really want to become fat, fried and fast food are good ways of gaining fat.
