Lean meats, grilled is best (no grease) ESPECIALLY white meats (poultry and such)
Veggies, but not too much of the starchier ones... I recommend plenty of celery with a bit of peanut butter! Peanut butter is high in protein (only a little though, 'cause its also got lots of fat) and celery has NEGATIVE calories, 'cause it uses more calories to chew and swallow celery than celery has IN it... :)

When in doubt, look for HIGH PROTEIN and low everything else...

ummm, i starved myself but it didnt work cuz of that starvation mode thing... uhhhhhh, vegetables and meat... with no fat... i guess

The easiest way to loose wait is to go a diet, eat healthy food and go down on the junk food. If you follow these few step It will help you alot.

So easy you can't even imagine!!!!

All I know is whoever i told never tried it i just can never understand why cause they all say it's so easy man starting tommorow all do it and they never do cause they always find an excuse not to.

I said it before i'll say it again EAT AND DRINK WHATEVER YOU LIKE AS MUCH AS YOU LIKE DURING THE WHOLE ENTIRE DAY BUT WHEN IT GETS 6:00PM THE ONLY THING YOU SHOULD ALLOW YOURSELF TO HAVE IS NOTHING BUT WATER!!!

EVEN IF YOU DRINK THE MOST HEALTHIEST THINGS LIKE 100% Vitamin C ORANGE JUICE or EAT THE MOST HEALTHIEST THING LIKE BROKOLI AFTER 6:00 PM YOU ARE STILL OFFICIALLY EATING AND IT IS UNHEALTHY BECAUSE WHEN YOU EAT AFTER 6 PM THE FOOD IN YOUR STOMACH STAYS THERE TILL NEXT MORNING AND IT BECOMES SPOILED AND UNHEALTHY AND YOU SIMPLY WAKE UP WITH BAD BREATH!!!!

IF YOU ARE FINISHED BY 6 PM YOU GIVE YOUR BODY OVER 4-5 HOURS TO TAKE CARE OF ALL THE FAT, CALORIES,CHOLLESTEROL and ETC........ BEFORE YOU GO TO BAD AT 10 or 11 PM & YOU CAN NOT BE FAT EVEN IF YOU TRIED!!!

THAT'S HOW I LOST OVER 69 POUNDS AND I STILL EAT AND DRINK ALL MY FAVORITE JUNK BUT THE ONLY THING I ALLOW MY SELF AFTER 6PM is nothing but WATER!!!

STOPING YOURSELF FROM EATING LATE WILL CONVERT YOU TO BECOMING HUNGRY FOR BREAKFAST AND ACTUALLY EAT SOMETHING TO HAVE ENERGY WHEN YOU GO TO WORK INSTEAD OF WAKING UP YOUR EYES ONLY THROUGH STUPID COFFE AND FELLING TIRED AND EXHOUSTED AND DEPRESSED WHEN YOU COME BACK FROM WORK
