Need advice on no xplode?!
Question: im 17 years old 5.8 almost 5.9 or so n im 170 pounds, just started taking it n already went to 2 scoops to get it in my system faster, i need to know if smoking will have major effects on the supplement.

You need to add more information in here so that people know how to help you. What is no xplode first of all?
Its just a pre work out supplement. no i dont think smoking will effect you other than the obvious... quit smoking. When you take it, it amps you up and gives you that extra "umpf" for more reps/weight that you just don't think you'd be able to do.
(Use a spotter or if no spotter go to a machine which will allow you to try serious Lbs.) You'll find yourself committing an extra 30-40 minutes in the gym lifting, I like it. But at your young age don't be fooled and think by taking this you'll get bigger. No, no. You have to commit to the gym thats all this supplement is about. (As all supplements are) But I like N.O. Explode. Really helped me with some serious lifting.
