Very confused (not about weight loss)???!

Question: well easterday i had a hudge binge on chocolate and other things but today morning when i woke up i got and upset stomach but my weight stayed the same. i ate as much as i always do. the thing i need to know is that is it possible or those extra calories to still show up (because i have heard that they only show up after 48 hours of intake)?
thank you very much for your help =)
btw if you want to share with me how often you binge on tasty food i will be only happy =)

ok...i read that two times...

Going nuts on sweets once isn't gonna hurt you much. You might feel a little yucky...but you seriously won't gain weight from eating too much one day!

wont hurtcha if u have a little today...

Once in awhile...i'll go eat 1/2 a pan of cookies.....then i feel ill the rest of the day lol

idk

Is this a relavant question luv..

If it hasn't showed up yet, chances are it probably won't. I've never gained weight from something 2 days later.

I tend to binge on tasty food on the weekends. For some reason I catch a weak spell on Sundays. I don't know why that is. I always want to go out to eat on that day. I have to basically tie myself down to something to keep from it.

Good Luck!!
