here are some different ways:
to lose weight quickly and easily:
jump rope


to make urself eat less:
before eating, drink a large cup of water to fill ur stomach
eat slowly. it will make u eat less
smell ur food befor eating it. it tricks ur brain to thinking it's full.

tips:
instead of snacks, some fruit or salad would do u good.
eat wholewheat instead of normal bread.

..... you need to eat a balanced diet to lose weight!
trust me! people who starve themselves just
end up gaining the weight back and more!
to lose weight you need to eat a breakfast, lunch
& dinner! & just make sure what your eating is healthy!
but just make sure your portions aren't that
big! give yourself a reasonable amount.. and you
will do fine :) also.. if you want to lose weight..
i know that if you join a sport you will lose alot
of weight.. because you are burning the calories
and having fun doing it with a friend :) its like killing
2 birds with one stone! ( just a saying.. i'm against
