can u say how tall you are?

im 17, 5'8 and 103 pounds
and im pretty skinny - unhealthy even

if youre gonna exercise a lot you just have to eat more....just keep it healthy
in fact if you look at my previuos q, i have exactly the same problem..
are u anorexic...you must be pretty damn thin...cuz i am and i weigh more than you
im havin loads of bad side effects from being too thin so stop before it gets out of control
go to the doctor or a dietician

xxx good luck hunni

How tall are you?

How tall are you? If you are short, then you may be at the correct weight.

I am 240 pounds. Normally, you would think I am fat, but I am tall, so I look skinny.

That does not read as if you are all that healthy. Not saying the work out is bad for you, but yes you do need to put on some weight. Maybe cut back on some of your work out and eat a little more high carb stuff. Such as rice, potatoes, some vegetables. we used to tell guys to drink a milk shakes with a raw egg in it extra protein. Now keep in mind raw eggs could also be hazardous to your health. But the malt itself is good for you.

eat lots of protein before or after working out
make sure you are gettin enough sodium and carbohydrates

How tall are you? There's nothing wrong with weighing 97 pounds if you are 5'3 and under. To loose weight, you need to burn more calories than you eat. The opposite applies to gaining weight. You need to eat more calories than you burn. You should continue to exercise, but maybe not as intense. You may want to add a protein shake to your daily diet to help gain a little weight.

Go eat pizza hut.

working out is fine..add some weight lifting to it. It will help you not look so much like "a rail" that you say you are.
