How long should I exercise a day to lose weight and build stamina?!
Question: I've quit out of my varsity baseball months ago, and I've really slacked off. My girlfriends always bragging that I shouldn't have quit, and I told her I already did, yeah, yeah, yeah.
But yeah... I've really been slacking off. Any ideas on how long I should start with? If I remember, my baseball practices were for five hours a day, but that's mostly working out m pitching and batting... I was just wondering how long I should work on cardio a day.

Rotate between 15 minutes of cardio and 40 minutes of cardio.
Weight lift in 2 sets of 15 every day.
Eat [somewhat] healthy.
