Are sausages/viennas healthy?!

Question: Well,I just realised by reading a package of chicken/turkey viennas that one link hasn't even got 90cals and after all since it's chicken,its loaded with proteins.
But then again,I've NEVER seen any diet plan reccomend eating a sausage before,and hot dogs have a really bad reputation.
So,after all,are they a "diet friendly food"?
What is so "bad"about them?

those 90 calories are almost 100% from fat, and they are not recommended on any diet plan.
