I'm 27 year old, 5'6, & 155 pounds. Need to lose 20 pounds Best answer 1!

4. How long will it take me to lose the weight if I walk for 1 hour a day, not including housework i do everyday, and exercise dance tape twice a week for 15 minutes?

I can give you my way to burn fat
1. Start a diet you would like - I can suggest you Winter diet - very healthy and working one.
2. After two weeks change the diet.
3. Drink a lot of water, no soda.
4. Exercises - walk, run, dance, swim, any motion which increase your heart rate.

Don't eat

BAFTT. It's easy. No exercise, Not expensive, It DOES take a little will power.. No clubs or meetings. Works about a quick as anything and is 100% safe. Just Back Away From The Table and watch the weight fall off.

1.do regular skipping,
2.take a glass of fresh lemon juice with water.
3.don't over eat,go for balance diet,
4.don't eat junk foods,avoid potatoes,rice.
Go for normal diet and make habit of walking a mile every day.
cycling may also help.

stay off bread, trust me. and bad foods as well, but bread most importantly. its so fattening

it sounds to me that you great already being 155bls and being 5'6 but what i would do is watch your calories and do about 20min of cardio everyday and that little bit of weight should just fall off. good luck.
