35 lbs?.....?!


Question: Is it possible and reasonable to try to loose 35 lbs by April or May? How do I do it? I want a safe and healthy way. Thank you??? I weigh like 145 and Im only 5'1 so I need to loose the weight and I was hoping to do so by the time the weather got warm?

yes it is possible you just have to make some changes me personally i dont beleive in making un realistic goals just start of slow and work your way up if you want check out my latest 360 blog for my most recent changs ive lost 105 lbs in the pas 3 years and kept it off so i must be doing somehting right slow and steady is he best way just take it easy when you put to much pressure on your self you tend to get discouraged and that just makes it harder take small steps snd before you know it you will have walked a mile good luck

Yes limit our calorie intake and also exercise a hour a day

its wise to lose around 1 kg per week or per forthnight and doing so require little effort. It really depends whether or not u can resist the temptation. Eat 5 % less and exercise 5 % more you will notice the difference. Repeat this step when you feel its harder and harder to lose weight (Assuming that you are well on track with keeping approximately the same amount of exercise daily)
and check with all the other answers.
