An hour on a Stationary bike will most likely burn more than what you desire.

I do 30 minutes and burn 300 calories (or so it says on the bike) for a warm up before i lift weights.

You dont have to go fast or too slow, its medium paced and the speed is very doable

1 hr 40 min hula hooping. I'm sorry but I really don't know anything else. :(

Try a treadmill. If you adjust the elevation to a very steep level and walk as fast as you can you will burn a lot of calories in a fair amount of time. I can't tell you how long because there are too many variables to consider, like age, weight, fitness level, speed. elevation, etc. It's a great way to sweat it off and you'll feel great afterwards. Have fun.
