I need help! I need to lose 9lbs. in 3 weeks on a cheap diet. HELP PLEASE!!!?!


Question: Very simple healthy eating diet-Follow the below to the 'T'
Remember you have to have a balanced eating plan

7 to 10 M- Breakfast- 4 egg whites , ( scramble them with a bit of seasoning of pepper & salt
Cup of tea or coffee ( no sugar), use substitute but milk a bit will be Ok
one apple or orange

12.30 TO 1 NOON LUNCH
150 gms of White fish ( not salmon) grilled or poached
200 gms boiled Spinach Or 100 Gms of green-beans or 6 pieces of Broccoli.

Tea time between 3 & 5 Pm
2 wheat crackers
2 teaspoons of Philadelphia FAT Free Cream cheese
OR one apple

Dinner Before 7 Pm
a piece of fish 150 Gms or a piece of meat- Steak or chicken breast, 150 Gms of any green vegetable( No carrots) A cup of chicken broth or veg broth- remove Skin from Chicken if using chicken.

Keep away from all carbs for this period of time. You HAVE to drink 1.5 litrres of water throguhout the day.

Take a Vit. C, B complex supplement.
Keep to your food timings even if U R not hungry , eat the above at the times given. I bet you will be go La La within a short time!

Count your calories and exercise. That's the cheapest way to do it.

You will need to eliminate approximately 10,500 calories a week to do this. This will be almost completely impossible unless you are greatly overweight. Be more realistic. It sounds like you are trying to lose weight for a particular event. Instead of losing the weight, try dressing up. Be confident and this will outweigh any weight you might need to lose.

Go on the South Beach diet. It is very easy to follow. I have been on it twice, and both times lost a good amount of weight. The first week, I lost 9lbs. the second week I lost 8 lbs, and the third week I lost another 9 lbs. I ended up losing almost 50 lbs. in two months. The second time, I lost about 28 lbs. in one month. It is easy. Maybe a little too easy tho.
