Wow, your going to need to cut your calorie intake DRAMATICALLY and eat around 1000-1200 calories a day filled with ONLY nutritous items like fruits, vegetables, bread, grain and such like that. Good Luck!

That's pretty intense. Eat about 1100 calories a day, drink plenty of water to prevent dehydration, eat nutritious low-cal foods spread evenly throughout the day, have at least 8 hours of sleep at night, don't eat before bed, don't eat while occupied like watching tv, exercise every day (jogging, jump rope, hula hooping, kickboxing, dancing, etc), keep motivated. Some good foods are egg whites (plenty of protein, very few calories), canadian bacon, fruits, veggies, carrots, tuna, soymilk, yogurt, etc

I heard that Yoga, is really really good.
Start taking morening jogs.
&& at night ones too./

Ok,
6 days a week.
IN the morning take a 45 min jog.
And then in the afternoon go take a 45 min. jog. It really helps.
