keep on with the crunches.

here are some other ab workouts:

leg drops- do about 20-30 of these at a time. this is simple. you just lie down on the floor and lock your legs straight, and lift them up 90 degrees and back down. a great way to make this a harder workout is to have sombody let you hold on to their ankles while doing the same thing but they will be pushing your legs down and you have to lift them back up.

platform- get down flat on your belly and lift yourself up with only the bend of your elbows and your feet, keeping your butt down as low as possible. platform for about one to two minutes solid.

wrap around- get down on the floor flat on your back and lift your legs up 90 degrees. take your hand and while lifting up like a crunch wrap it around your ankle but don't hold on. do 15 reps on one side and 15 on the other, but not alternating.

curl crunch- crunch holding your knees bent and then straighten you legs. 15-20 reps.

balance- balance on your but with your legs bent, but off the ground. use of a medicine ball will also help, shifting it from one side of your hip to the other/back and forth. balance for 1-2 minutes and if you have a medicine ball, do about 10 reps of that spreading it evenly through the 1-2 minutes.

and of course the good ol' push-up helps too.

Pilates are god!
& do crunches at least +500 a day.
Thats what I do.

just overall working out. Weight training and cardio combined.
