Question: ok so as u know from the question, i'm a girl that wants to look goo. my parents say that i'm fat. i need quick and easy way to lose weight. i want to fit in a size 4 jeans again like i was when i was in 6th grade.

don't look for a quick fix. they always come with repercussions. eg. you'll simply put it back on and it will be stubborn to shift next time round. instead clean out your diet and exercise 3-5 times a week. Not only will you look better, you will feel better 100% guaranteed

Join a sport at school, joining track will definitely help you lose weight fast. The key is to do cardiovascular activities to lose weight. Swimming, sports, running, all those goodies.

walk a lot. they say you should walk 5 miles throughout your day (not just outside walking, but including your little walks to the bathroom or upstairs, etc.)

Your parents are horrible for calling you fat. At 5'2" and 135, you are not fat at all.

Why do you need to lose weight fast? You'll only gain it back just as fast. Slow and steady is the key to keeping weight off. Try simple exercise if you are determined to still lose weight.

SIZE 4! People say i'm skinny and i'm 12 and i fit in size 10 or 12 (not age - size) GOD!!!!!!

it's all about calories in & calories out. you need to be burning more than taking in, simple as that.

there isnt really a quick way to lose wieght but you can hit the gym everyday and watch what your eating then you will slowly lose the pounds

You cant lose weight in a healthy way if you want to lose it fast.. take that from some1 who suffered an eating disorder for 3 years.. Anyways, the best thing you can do is go running *((or anything that involves a hard cardio workout))*, have a high protein diet, and start drinking nothing but water... Try eating several smaller meals a day, verses 3 large meals. Snack less, etc.. Good luck hunnie.

Cut your meals into half size and eat healthy. Also just go outside and run... Join a sports team at school, and you are not over weight.

Eat porchens.If you have a chocolate bar with 100 pieces of chocolate in it eat one a day not 12 peaces a day.rink want a exercise.

Doesn't sound to me like you are fat at all but if you feel the need to lose a few pounds then do it healthy!! Eat like 6 small and healthy meals a day and start an exercise routine. You will be feeling healthier in no time and it will boost your confidence too! :)

This may not be what you want to hear, but you are actually at a pretty healthy weight for your age and height! Running a couple miles and working out every day, along with a healthy diet low in calories, will deffinately help you to lose weight though. Don't push yourself too hard though, it's most important to keep healthy, mentally and physically, above all.

I'm sorry that you have insenstive parents that would say something that awful to you. Around this time in your life the last thing you need is something else to be self conscious about.

Anyways you shouldn't crash diet. You will wreck your metabolism and you'll risk gaining the weight back plus more in the future. Start off by going on short walks after school and then increase it to longer walks and eventually try intervals of walking and jogging. Make sure you're not "lazy" walking though. You will know you reached your fat burning zone when you can barely keep up a conversation.

Cut back on sugary cereals, try oatmeal. Cut out sodas and drink more water and also cut back on fast food and if you must eat at McDonalds, get a hamburger happy meal.

First, losing weight quickly is not healthy. It's best when done gradually and without drastic things like juice and crash dieting. Try cutting out red meats, or better yet, go vegetarian. I would suggest cutting out red meats over vegetarianism, however, unless you've got a good nutritional background and can assemble a healthy and proper diet.

Next, you should take up some kind of sport or exercise. Try starting to jog. Start with five minutes every day for a week, next week move it up to ten (or whatever's comfortable), and so on. Any other sport is an option, just don't get too intense too quickly.

Also, get a buddy! Get someone who's willing to follow the same exercise and diet plan you are. It's easier to stick to the plan when you have someone you have to hold yourself up to. That way, you help them and you!

well your parents telling you that you are fat is certainly not a lot of support........ ok well you should start off by eating a balanced diet........ fruits, vegetables, ect. junk food.... cookies, doughnuts. soda, chips, fast food is very bad for you so just try to cut it out all together.... drink lots of water and don't forget to eat breakfast!!! breakfast is the most important meal of the day...... exercise is the other part of losing weight... you lose weight when you burn more calories than you eat.... so maybe you want to get involved in a sport? swimming is a very good sport to do.... or pick a sport that interests you! if you don't want to do a sport you could always go to a gym and workout there..... or if you want to workout in the privacy of your own home ..... you can buy workout dvds that are very effective! i prefer denise austin! i don't know what time you go to school but from 7:00 - 7:30 on channel 30 (or lifetime) denise austin has a daily workout show..... well good luck!!

Whatever you do, dont go near drugs. What kind kind of parents call their kid fat. Actually mine does. I guess its a sign of affection. Weird. I am 15 years old and weigh close to 110lb. You are older than me and 135 is not a bad number. Dont be ashamed. But if you want to lose weight, exercise. I run everyday for 30min to an hour, but I am an athlete and I like to run. But if you not like me, drink LOTS of TEA. No drugs. It really works and it is said that tea dissolves fat and access oil. Thats good right? Dont do anything drastic, take little steps. And remember you are not fat, alright? Good luck!
