I know this is almost all healthy food but did i over eat.....im onl y15 and i a!


Question: not in all in one meal..
but throughout the day i ate almost every 2 hours lol =[

5 slices of canned pineapple-150 calories
1/2 cup of oatmeal-150 calories
1 large banna-200 calories????
1 cup of romaine lettuce, about 10 spinach leaves, 1/2 a big carrot-??? calories

workout: 45 minuteson elliptical machine

afterworkout
1 orange
1 whole grian tortilla, 140 calories
about 1 cup of frozen veggies-100 calories?

after dinner snack hugggge and fat
1 whole head of steamed brocolli
1 microwaved potatoe only with ketchup



a lot of water!!!!!!!
how did i do. i want to get skinny asap but i want to eat right and do it the right way...


how many calories??????? rate 1-10!

that diet will only work short term you will gain the weight back.

You need some whole grains in your diet. But there is nothing wrong with eating healthy foods all day. Just make sure you get enough fiber and healthy fats into your diet as well.

LOL that funny but that is all good (mostly) but eating it all in that amount of time is probably unhealthy. But really it depends on who you are if you feel fine i guess you are. Just wait though if you feel sick you defently will be. I for sure would be sick. so just wait for a day or 2.

Um, no that is not a lot of food for a whole day.

But, where is your protein??? Your body runs on protein - your brain eats it for food, and your muscles need it too!

If you want to lose weight on a really healthy diet, try the body for life by bill phillips. I lost A LOT of weight on that program and never felt better.

okay... here's the real truth.

when you eat, and then work out and eat again..... that doesnt do anything for you...

when u work out u burn calories and eating right after makes you gain all the calories you just burned---dumb isnt it??

so if u want to get skinny, you need to do 3-4 days a week, at least 30 min cardio workout-which is running not lifting weights and eating less.

the stuff u are eating is fine... but the calories add up in healthy foods as well, just cuz u are eating healthy does not mean u will not gain weight, the more calories the more u will gain weight. . . so if u are eating whole bunch of calories a day in healthy foods that will catch up to you, especially if you are eating more than u are burning.

I recommend not eating after 7 pm. u seem to be snacking too much as well, why would u snack right after u had a meal?? u should be eating 3 small meals a day and barely any snacks in between.

if you follow this regimen you will lose weight. . . but u need to do a lot more cardio then u are doing, because u need to burn what you are taking in. . .

Whoa, first thing first. You are only 15 years old. Please be careful with dieting and exercise. A lot of young teens, like yourself, are convinced that they are "fat' when really they are perfectly healthy. Don't refer to magazines for your weight. Celebs are actually very unhealthy because the way they get skinny is drugs and purging. Very few do it the correct way. You should love yourself for how you are! No matter what your weight is. Eating healthy will definitely improve your lifestyle and will help you stay at a healthy weight. At a rough estimate, the food you ate was about 1000- 1500 calories. Estimating that you are 5'4, and weigh 140 (healthy weight) you should be eating about 2000 calories per day to maintain your weight.
You are not overeating by any means. Actually, it's much better to each smaller healthy meals more often. It fuels your body more often and keeps you going. Also, having a tendency to eat junk food snacks a lot can be replaced easily by something healthy. I would recommend cutting out any sugar, starch and excess fat. Soda is one thing that can kill your diet, so avoid anything not "diet". Keep your healthy eating and exercise at least 3 times a week and you will be slim.

That isn't very many calories. Remember that 900 calories is a starvation diet. You are still growing so you should be eating even more. Eat about 1600 calories per day minimum, and make sure to include protein in your diet as well. Egg whites and canadian bacon both contain 15 calories per egg/slice so try them.
