How many pounds should I lose and how should I lose them fast?!


Question: I weigh 104 pounds and am 5'3"-I know, I'm like really fat. So how many pounds should I lose and what's a fast way to lose them?

Your weigh is fine. But if you think your fat try my diet plan.

to get started no soda drink a gallon of water a day spring or distill no tap water!! or crystal light for your meals.

Lunch eat a grilled chicken breast vegetables with light oil or margarine and a fruit.

Dinner eat a tuna or chicken salad and a small cut of vegetables and a fruit.

no eating after 7pm !!

do 250 sit-ups in the morning and 250 sit-ups before bed.

Try this for 3 weeks and see the difference only if you really want to loose weight.

Get a grip and go away. You are already too thin.

You really shouldn't lose weight you're in the beggining parts of normal. But if you realy feel fat maybe it's just that you don't work out try to exercise 3-4 times a week 1 hour every session.
But don't ever start a diet in these sircumstances unless you talk to a doc.This may be a sign of an eating disorder

104 lbs. isn't fat at all. Sometimes other people try to present an image that isn't really true to life

You are super skinny!
