I feel crappy and fat!?!


Question: i am a teenager.
5'5 and 135
i am trying to lose weight but blew it today
my face looks rounder and blotched
my hair is sooo greasy. i know i need to wash it but it was one of those days.
UHHHHH!!!! someone say something to make me feel better

Go look in the mirror and say to yourself "I am beautiful". "I can lose weight" "I am worthy"

Just take a shower and do some crunches instead of sitting in front a computer screen wallowing in your fat-ness.

Help yourself! Your not doing anything productive by whining to others over Yahoo! Do something with your pathetic life!

either you truely have low self esteem and need to speak to a professional, or at least talk to your parents or school cousilor...or you're just fishing for compliments....

Stop being lazy dude. Keeping with your diet, exercising and taking a nice warm bath would definitely make you feel better.

2. use makeup! it works wonders.
3. wash your hair daily.

Go exercise... or do something happy that will keep your mind away from whatever you are worried about.

It's the Holidays---didn't you know the golden rule of the holidays? When you take out your decorations-- the scale goes in the box, as well as any unforgiving mirrors, until you put the decorations away and start what everyone starts the day after new years- their new years resolution---to lose weight.

PS 5'5 135 is not fat- not even chubby- especially if you have boobs!!! HAVE A HAPPY NEW YEAR AND GET AWAY FROM THE BAD THINGS IN YOUR BATHROOMS!!!

Girl I feel the absolute same . . . minus the greasy hair and rounder/blotchy face. But these holidays! They just get to me and we have so many sweets and fatty foods around! Uhg I feel fatter than ever! But lemme see if I can't find some inspiration for you! I'll get back to you tomorrow!

Quit eating so many carbs - you'll have more energy and your face will clear up, too.

Drink more water! Read a good book!

Count your blessings! Just think! - you could be living in some country without any food at all and no clean water to drink and scared for your life every moment!

As young women we all have days like this you are so beautiful, I 'm sure just take a bath and soak in ahot tub youll feel better

135lb at 5'5" is not fat. Drink a lot of water, you may just be bloated a bit and that makes the face puffy and red.

Take a good shower, readjust your attitude about yourself, and start tomorrow anew.

I know what you mean. I just got through purchasing a jump rope and a sauna suit, because just like every other day, I think i have a shot at changing. But I am 5'11 and 326lbs. You should be ashamed of yourself for feeling down about being 135 lbs. But hey, I'll do a couple of extra jumps just for you, okay?

You're young, hormones happen to teens, give it time! It does get better, and no, teen years are not the best years of your life! You are not overweight. Try lifting weights and yoga and walking.....dieting can have a reverse effect when you end up binge eating. You are fine!

OH MY GAWD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You are like SKINNY... I'm 5'1 and weigh 123 pounds and I'm only 13 years old and I always think that i'm chubby but everyoune tells me that i'M FINE. But, you are perfect for your height! You don't want to be as skinny as a skeleton do you?? It's actually pretty and cute if you have skin on your body instead of bones like a lot of people!! Don't worry about it

cheer up, we all have those days. with your height/weight ratio, you can't be fat, don't worry. foucus on your good features, like, your eyes, lips, cheeks, whatever. eat if you are hungary!! that is what food is for. luck and love!!

theres always gonna be someone who is worse off than you (i.e. obese, homeless so they can't take showers etc) so don't get worked up over things like that just be glad you even have the privelage of being able to use the internet to complain about things like hair and weight. just think, isn't it better to be worried about how bad your hair is than when your next meal is gonna be or worse?

we all go through those kind of days. the best thing to do is rest, do things that make you happy (if you feel like it), or maybe go out for a little walk to lower your stress levels down. our bodies are always changing. you won't be round and blotchy looking forever! remember, you are the only one that can control who you are.
