How to lose 35 pounds in 1.5 weeks?!

thats physically impossible. you might be able to lose 35 lbs in 1.5 months though.

to lose weight quickly go on the atkins diet...all protein and no carbs...until you lose all the weight.

eat alot of plain lettuce and other low calorie, low carb vegis.

eat lean meat like turkey or chicken and fish such as salmon and shrimp.

don't drink soda...even diet soda makes you gain wieght.

drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.

try to exercise (jog, swim, or walk fast) everyday for at least 30 minutes.

you shouldnt lose more than 2lbs a week. more than that isnt healthy and you arent getting the proper nutrition.

What you are asking is impossible! Just can not do it! The most you may lose is 10 lbs, but even that is unsafe. 2 to 3 lbs a week is the safe way of losing weight!

Not a good idea. It's very hard on your heart to lost more than a pound or two in one week. Besides any radical diet plans probably wouldn't keep the weight off.

It's impossible and it's also impossible to put on 35 pounds in 1.5 weeks.
