Is my exercise plan good for losing 2 lbs/week?!


Question: I know that 2 lbs is considered safe, so i am aiming towards 1-2 lbs a week (to lose).
I plan to exercise (Run/jog/walk) for 5 days a week, 40
minutes. (And then toning exercises 3 days a week)
And bicycle for 1-2 hours on the weekend. (Around 7-13 mph).
I also plan to drink at least 2 liters of water a day, and all that stuff (Cutting out sweets, etc (I really don't eat much of that in the first place).


So, with that said, will it be possible for me to lose 2 lbs a week?
(I plan to lose at least 30 lbs , no time limit, just somewhere around summer)
I also care more about losing inches than my actual weight number.

Sounds pretty reasonable.

Your body will adjust to this program, so you'll need to mix it up, and create more challenging workouts.

But sounds good to start.

sure... but thats a really tedious plan... i would be bored to death if i kept continuing..

I'm trying to lose 2 pounds a week myself but the hard part for me is the diet I have to keep (I love food)
If you keep it up you are sure to lose weight but u have to make it more challenging when you feel you don't get tired(you're body gets used to it). Go for it!
