Yes, but I think she probably knows this already.
I do however think it's very unrealistic to expect her to get down to some ridiculous weight like 90lb-100lb and I do think those weights are only suitable for small framed females that age and height. If she is larger framed, she should get down to 110lb-130lb. But Ideally she should check with her doctor to be sure.
She's technically overweight. She can change that though.
I would say she is a little, but not that bad and all she needs to do is eat a little better and work out. :)
