Guys, I need help, seriously!!!?!


Question: I am a Filipino teenager who is always bullied in our school, I never have the chance to prove myself because each time I tried to, someone lets me down,

I am always bullied,

I am never treated equally because, I am not as cool as the others, not as STRONG as the others, and not as rich as the others,

I always go home hurt and totally depressed but, my parents never asked me what happened because, they are busy doing this and that,

I am always bullied and hurt and I am TIRED of it,

I need help, what should I do???

I want to be strong that's why I want to engage in body-building, but how???

what kind of exercises must I do to have a good shape so I can get rid of them and protect myself,

do I need to do push-ups or curl-ups, those are the only thing I know, by the way I am only 15 years old, I would like something for my age,

channel your anger into focus and discipline in the gym

to get some beggining-level workout and meal plans

and every time you are bullied go work out and stay motivated by saying:

"in a few months i'll show them"

because that is all it takes to see real results if you stay dedicated

just wait 90 days or so

so stay disciplined, start lifting, do some cardio, and eat healthy

Honestly, the only reason why people pick on other people is because you either look like you can easily be picked on or you take BS from the bullies. What you need to do and sad to say is you need to start givin them bullies are purebread Awhoppin suggest if they keep bullyin you bring a bat and crack em...trust me it will work they will leave you alone. I am a 18 year old male and I can say I can't stand bullies i wish I could do it for you but if I did they would only torment you when im no around so turn from filipino to puerto rican or black lol and Crack em!

seriously, can't you just go to any school officials like your principal? but i think if you'll do that , you'll suffer more

try the martial arts. size is of little value when facing an opponent that is trained to fight.

I'm sorry you're getting bullied so much. I went through it myself so I know it's a bigger problem than most people who are never bullied will know.

Sadly, I'm not sure there is much you can do to 'bulk up' in the way you want to. I'm not trying to disappoint you, it's just a consequence of the genetic profile most Filipinos have. I'd advise eating as well as you can, Getting as much exercise as you can, and perhaps try learning a martial art. It's more for confidence than combat but it's helped me a lot in my life and it's always nice to know that if you have to, you can defend yourself.

Being strong physically isn't the same as being strong mentally. While I know this is easy to say, I hope you understand.

Why don't you look into martial arts? Not only would it be a cool hobby where you could potentially meet people with similar interests, it also teaches self-discipline, and builds strength both physically and mentally. Just a suggestion.
