Is losing 10lbs in 3 weeks good?!

Question: yeah thats great!

Answers: yeah thats great!

yes very idealistic most ppl r like 50lbs in 3months lol

What is your goal weight and your height and weight now? Generally, it is healthy to lose about 1-2 lbs a week. This being said, people that are a little bit more overweight tend to lose more than that when dieting and exercising. Based just on that sentence it is hard to say whether it is "good" or bad. Just stay healthy and make sure you are monitoring your BMI. This will help you keep track of your progress and where you should be, and to not exceed that to be underweight. Good luck!!

Doctors usually recommend no more than 2 lbs per week. Losing 10 lbs in 3 weeks is a little more than that, but nothing too drastic. Though it could indicate that you've lost a lot of water weight and not necessarily fat. If you want to continue losing weight, you will find it's increasingly hard to keep up such rapid weight loss.

Not if you are 250 pounds and its your first 3 weeks. First week you always lose the most. When i needed to lose weight I dropped 7 pounds my first week and then averaged 2 pounds per week after that.

VERY NICE ( borat accent)

to get started no soda drink a gallon of water a day spring or distill no tap water!! or crystal light for your
meals.

Breakfast oatmeal and a fruit or a breakfast bar and water.

Lunch eat a grilled chicken breast vegetables with light oil or margarine and a fruit.

Dinner eat a tuna or chicken salad and a small cut of vegetables and a fruit.

no eating after 7pm !!

do 250 sit-ups in the morning and 250 sit-ups before bed.

Try this for 3 weeks and see the difference only if you really want to loose weight.

Good luck:
