Does this matter? easy points i guess =)?!

Question: i am almost 13 years old girl, 5 feet tall and about 80 pounds
i need to get about 1800-2000 calories per day and i have already gotten about 1400-1600 - not sure
im going to intake about 300-400 calories does it matter what i get them from?
i mean if i get 300 calories from chocolate or 300 calories from fruit or something healthy that will it affect my weight differently?
does it matter (im talking about weight not health) what your calories come from as long as you eat the right ammount?
thank you very much - honestly the last question is the one i need to know about the most

yes just likle the health triangle says have alot of good food and then go for the chocolate. as for the last question i dont think so as long as you have all the servings of different types of food you should be fine.

Yes because chocolate has more fat and sugar than fruit, and fat and sugar easily turn into fat quicker than a food with no fat, and all natural sugar.

yes you should use the most of your calories and eat goods foods for your body. Its like putting premium gas in your tank.

There are definitely good calories and bad calories! All calories are not created equal. Try eating healthy high calorie foods like bananas, nuts, peanut butter, fruit juices (pure low sugar), yoghurts, pasta (whole wheat), stuff like that
