Do cardio twice a day. Morning as soon as you get up and later in the evening. Eat plenty of protein throughout the day and limit fats and carbs. For cardio 60 min. sessions should suffice. This will get you at 115 in about 3-4 weeks. Remember, you want to lose the weight in a healthy manner. Stay away from diet pills as they will blow you right back up.

you can always run but that would take a while to burn everything off so try running and crunches to get tha sexy abbs and it will help you stay in shape noone wants to be supa skinny so just stick to the basics!!

why would you want to do that... you are still in the average weight stage which is healthy
