What has yoga done for you?!


Question: i have been doing yoga a lot lately and i really enjoy it. i do aerobics as well. just wondering which one is better? and what benefits have come from doing yoga?

Yoga is great for stability and strength, I also find that it helps with toning.

I personally love it cause it's relaxing and calming, it stretches my body, and helps me to tone. I have lost inches by doing yoga!

Yoga relaxes you and gives you a better spirit. It is more like meditation at the same time that you can stretch, flex and all that. In aerobics you have to just work to sweat , loose wait and do your cardios.
