Decrease breasts with exercise?!


Question: im fifteen and i have a size 34D breasts. It keeps me from doing some normal activities. Like, i slouch and it hurts when i run and they are distracting towards older men. I just plain out dont like them. Is there any "peck" or chest exercise's that may decrease fat in my breasts? im not looking for a drastic change i just want a cup smaller.

So , is there any chest excerize's that might help any?

Breasts consist of, among other things, fat tissue. Each person gains weight a little differently. Most women gain weight in the thighs, butt, breasts, and then eventually stomach. Most men gain in the stomach first. However, there are plenty of women who gain weight in the breasts first. You can exercise those areas, but it is much more important to get cardiovascular exercise. This will cause you to burn fat, get healthier, feel better, and reach your goal much more quickly than specifically doing weight-training exercises.

My wife went through the same thing, but had breast-reduction surgery. Years later, she just simply lost weight and got smaller still. She has still today, all kinds of complications from the surgery, and wishes every day that she had known the simple truth that most of the time, all one needs is exercise.

Bottom line is that you can decrease them naturally by losing weight. How? Eat healthier and more importantly, smaller portions and get some cardiovascular exercise. Oh, and don't forget a supportive sportsbra - not one of those $10 cheap ones either.

If your chuby, im not sayin you are, but if you are probly lossing weight, but if your normal weight, i dont know

there a bench press exercise that works the pecks, but also the bicepts
u grab two dumbells at a comfortable weight. lie on ur back the slowly bring them up and down, but like the sunset, not up and down. this should help, but u may need sergry,

Not that I've heard of but I hear that having large breasts could cause some women problems like for a example; neck, back, shoulder, circulation, or breathing problems. The only way for you to reduce your breasts is for you to have surgery perform on them.
There's no need for you to worry for now that's a method that's usually needed for older women say like in their mid 20s or 30s. Its not something that's in for a pain for young girls like you unless its something inspected.
