im getting muscle gains fast, this is what you should do. Every day do total 20 push ups. eat 6-7 small meals a day. 20 pull ups. dont really do aerobics or running and jumping. eat lots of protein and vegetables. if you have weights, lifht as much as you can 5 times. EX: if the most you can lift is 20 pounds, you must be able to lift it 5 times, if you cant, thats to much. if you can lift more,then add more weight. well thats it, i guarantee, you will put on muscle and become stronger to. and also, 3500 calories make a pound so if eat a EXTRA 500 caloris a day, you would gain one pound every week.

Need to do weight training to gain muscle. High protein diet may help.

eat aLOt of calories so you have alot of energy to do exercises such as sit ups, pushups, and you can also buy dumbells and lift them maybe 30 times in morning afternoon and nite
