Question: i need to know if there are any good vitmans that will A.) help me lose weight B.) get rid of toxins but they have to be safe to take together and a 14 yr old is able to take.

Weight loss really has to do with diet and exercise, and by diet, I mean just eating healthy. What you take in also has an effect on the toxins. Don't eat too many things that are considered bad for you -- things with lots of sugar, oil, or trans fats. If you eat things with antioxidants, it'll also help. Green tea is great for that, and the Arizona brand is amazing.

GNC has good vitamins. You are young so I would advise you to stay away from body cleansers which can be harmful because of herbal ingredience's. Even if they say "natural" does not mean they are safe. Eating berries is a safe way to remove antioxidants. Strawberries, blueberries, blackberries. Eating healthy and exercise is the best way to lose weight. Vegetable, fruit and water.

Vitamins won't detoxify you, but they can be toxic to your liver. High fiber, lean protein and lots of water will help you lose weight.
