Personal trainers?!


Question: is it worth it to have a personal trainer, or should i just stick with my membership. does it really make that much of a difference when it comes down to losing weight? thanks.

personal trainers are a good tool to use if you arent sure of excercises to try or techniques to use; technique is very important if you want the full benefit of the excercise.. if you know the basics, i would stick with the membership and look through fitness magazines for new workout sets and routines.

It might be a good idea to work with one for a few months. Once you learn what they have to offer, you don't really need them anymore, unless it's for the motivation. And for that, you can get a workout buddy for free.

personal trainer- yes! accountability is the difference. they help you target areas and what you want to accomplish. at least try it for 6 mo. then you'll know what to do when you go to the gym yourself.

no i wouldn't get one unless you think doing i alone would have no results. if you believe in yourself you can do it alone
