Can anyone tell me how i can lose weight please help?!

Question: All of the advice given is true--opt for healthier versions of foods, and exercise more.

I've lost 99 pounds on Weight Watchers (I only need 7 pounds more to go!), which is not a diet--it's a lifestyle change. I went from eating full fat enchiladas with refried beans to eating homemade enchiladas made with fat-free cheese and measured-out sauce and fat-free refried beans. However, if I want a piece of cake at a birthday party, I can have that, too. I just need to watch portion sizes. I also measure everything--you'd be surprised how many servings are really in that box of cereal (I was definitely surprised!). You should also write down everything that you eat--it really opens your eyes and helps you make the changes necessary to achieve weight loss.

Sodium is a hidden culprit in many processed foods, including those convenient frozen dinners. Drink plenty of water to flush that sodium out--8 glasses a day. As a bonus, you're skin looks great, too!

With exercise, start small. Many people start full steam and burn out in a few weeks (speaking from experience). Start with 20-30 minutes a day 3-4 times a week. If you can't afford a gym, get out those shoes and walk. Or buy a work-out DVD (there are many out there for people with various interests), or record an early-morning exercise program to work out to later.

Finally, do this for yourself. I first lost weight for a guy, but it didn't stay off long. I even gained more than I originally lost. Now, I've lost weight because I want to be healthy, I want to live to see my great-grandchildren, and I want to retake my wedding pictures with an awesome gown (I didn't wear a dress to my wedding because I felt like a sail). Compose a list of reasons you want to lose weight. Take pics of yourself for every five pounds you lose--it's motivating to see the changes.

Good luck--I know every pound lost takes hard work!

Eat less and exercise more. Cut-out all junk food. Take sugar out of your diet, it will put you in a pine box. Eat three meals a day (normal meal), don't pig out. If your obese see a doctor.

Cut back on your calorie intake and exercise. When you eat opt for foods without saturated fat. Go for sugarless drinks. Don't starve yourself and don't diet, but change your eating habits. I recently lost weight and I didn't starve myself. I gained about 3 pounds over the holidays just because I didn't stick with the healthy eating habits (but it's the holidays so, it was worth it). Go to the ballys web site and get the 2 week free trial and it will give you 2 to 3 weeks of meals with recipes (when you choose to see "in detail"). You can input how much you want to lose and it will tell you how many calories you need to eat daily and it will give you ides (as stated previously). Exercise can be as simple as walking just 30 min. a day. Whatever you do, DON'T DIET. Just change your eating habits. You will do great.

Whatever the amount of Calories you take a day, you must burn off more before you sleep.
For example;

If you eat three meals and dessert = 2500 calories
You gotta run for 45 mins = 1000 cals
Hit the weights like Arnold = 1000 cals
walking around and living = 500.

That is for not gaining any.

Want to lose weight? Just eat less, and do more excercise

walk everyday
move around more
dont buy chips and cakes
drink lots of water
eat more vegetables and fruit
