Treadmill, Elliptical, or Stationary Bike?!

Definately the treadmill, it is one of the best cardio machines you can use for fitness and weight loss.

Treadmill is better works your whole body and the bike only works the lower part of your body.

Elliptical is better on your joints than the treadmill.. but you are going to burn more calories on the treadmill and get more tone. I recommend none of the above and go for a run outside.. it's much more fun and not as harsh as the treadmill!

I like the elliptical. It is low impact, not as rough on your joints like a treadmill. You can work your legs, butt, stomach and arms with one fluid motion. I do find it more fun.

I prefer the treadmill with various inclines. I get a better workout on my bum and thighs. The elliptical makes my toes go numb and the bike gets boring.

I would personally choose the elliptical because you can workout your arms, legs, and it's a good cardio workout for your heart. I haven't used mine in awhile but when I did, it really gave me a workout and helped me burn the calories I needed to burn. But all three exercise machines give you a good workout also.
