How long to loose?!

Question: If I eat healthy everyday and excercize for 30-45 mins everyday, how long should it take me to loose 35 lbs? Any suggestions are great? Also when I excercize, should I just do the whole 30 mins running? Or should I do like weights too?

Everyone loses weight differently, so I can't really say how long it will take. It depends on your metabolism. You can increases your metabolism by incorporating weights into your routine.
Cardio is also important. Intervals of different speeds is best. For example, here is my cardio routine - Start by walking as quickly as you can without jogging for about 5-10 min. Then I stretch after my muscles are warmed up. Then, continue with 30 minutes of brisk walking, jogging, and running. You can time like this...5 min walking, 2 min jog/run, then 5 min walking and so on. The running times can be increased a little at a time, each time you workout. Remember not too push your body too hard and STRETCH after a workout as well. You won't be sore if you stretch enough, even in between different weights.
Good luck with your weight loss. Working out with a buddy can help keep you on track!

i would do as many combo's of excercising as you can the more the merryier right? also if you really want to lose weight excercise more than that, try to go out jogging on the streets too getting fresh air and running i heard make syou lose more weight than a treadmill, but i think it will take like 6 weeks maybe give or take a little

i lost 30 lbs in 2 months !! kept it off for a year until i got pregnant. good luck

Do 30 minutes of cardio and weigh lift too.

It all depends on what you eat. After weight lifting, eat. That's when your metabolism will be pumping.

I can't tell you how long it will take you to loose weight. Everyone is different. But, Dont ever just keep doing the same excercise. Mix it up walk, use elptical, do free weights. Just keep moving!!

The best rate of lose is an average of 2-5 lbs a week. Drink the recommended amount of water, it can increase metabolism by up to 3% which makes a big difference when trying to lose. Do a combination of running and lifting. Both are important.

Good luck to you!
