Question: Is this sensible?

8am-Breakfast-One egg white, a strip of bacon, and a side of wheat toast or low fat oatmeal

1030am-snack-apple, tomatoes, pretzels, or baby carrots

1pm-lunch-half turkey sandwich no cheese w lettuce tomato on wheat bread and small salad

330pm-snack- bell pepper strips or grpaes or vegtable juice(such as v8)

530pm-dinner-chicken or fish with half plate full of steamed vegs and brown rice with kidney beans and small salad

7pm-snack-fruit or vegs such as listed above

A bottle of water with each meal and also I know it may be bad but I drink a sugarfree redbull every morning (its only 50 cals)

I would reccomend that you eat 3 egg whites for breakfast (a total of 45 cals for all 3) and do not eat pretzels! It also looks to me like you may need more protein for your diet to be effective, but that's just what worked for me. Fruits, Vegetables, Wheat bread, Brown rice, Kidney beans, oatmeal, and Pretzels are all carbohydrates. Not a bad thing to consume because your body does need carbs, but I am questioning if you should eat that much. Try it the way you listed and if you don't see the results you want in 3-4 weeks, then try to eliminate some carbs and add more protein (eggs, fish, chicken, etc.). Before you start following a restricted diet, I advise you to start exercising to boost your metabolism even more to lose more weight! Good luck!

Be sure to keep variety in your diet. Try replacing the bacon with something without so much saturated fat. Also, you have meat and/or eggs in each meal. Think about adding more whole grains and nuts. For example, one meal could include a peanut/cashew butter sandwich on whole grain bread instead of the animal protein choice. Balance is important, so be sure to include enough nuts and grains.
Do you eat yogurt? That has alot of great properties if you can handle the lactose.
I'd nix the red bull, though. Any good natural juice would give you so much more nutrition.

Since I started to work out I was looking for a good weight loss product (I only wanted something 100% natural). I was on a diet but I felt that I needed a little "help" so I decided to try this great product and I had fantastic results. You can check their website at

Hi,

I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it (it's 100% natural). The results were excellent and I lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I felt fantastic and I dropped another 5 pounds safely. That's why I recommend you check this product at http://trim-get.info where they have a free trial and you only pay $6.95 shipping and handling.
Good luck!
