Can anyone give me a good reason to run tonight?!


Question: I have plans in about 4 hours but until then i'm not doing nething. I have been exercising for 2 months. I find myself being very lazy today and planned on running but now i dont feel like it.
Can anyone give me motivating word so that I will work out

DO IT YOU FAT A*S YOU HAVE BEEN EXERCISING FOR 2 MONTHS AND UR GONNA ***** OUT NOW DON'T BE A BUM AND RUN FOR WHAT EVER REASON YOU FIRST STARTED TO RUN!!!!!!

To be honest your suppose to rest 2 days a week when you exercise all the time.

Take a break today.
But if you really want motivation think of the ladies that will be looking at your body this weekend?

You look like you gained weight... now run!!!

I love running. It's so much fun. As for reasons to run, why did you start running in the first place? Do you want to finish 1st in a 5k? 10k? Marathon? Do you want to be more fit? Think about your reasons for starting running. Then think about reaching your goals.

Running is fun. Unfortunately, the first few months running are hard, as your body adapts to running. After that, it's addicting.

You've heard of a Runner's High? This is an actual phenomenon, and after it happens to you the first time, you too will enjoy running. I've seen couch potatoes start to run. At first they hate it. Then they tolerate but dislike it. Then they don't dislike it. Then they like it. Then they are running in several charity races a year and sometimes placing. After that, there is no stopping them.

PUSH yourself to do it. I learned this the othr day in school: There is a difference between motivation and inspiration. Motivation is where other people can get you to do something, and it also means that you are going to benifit from it, or there is some reward or thing that makes you WANT to do it. Inspiration is where you want to do something, because you want to do it. Inspiration is where you don't need help from other people to make you want to do something - its your decision because you want to help you or someone else.

So, what I am saying is, be INSPIRED, not motivated, to go for a run, because YOU want to. If you were motivated in this situation, then you would be running because you anted to keep fit and lose some pounds, so as you can see, BE INSPIRED, NOT MOTIVATED!!!

swat you are a great motivator man, you should join the army and be one of those bad guys who are always yelling at the soldiers.
