Dear.The only deffective point is your daily activities&What are you doing during 24 hours this determine your body needs .A girl of your age and size doing ofice work and has a car practicing no sports needs only 1200 cal.to keep here wt. while field worker who walk to work daily and do excersises for 30 minutes need 2200 cal and if she became pregnant 2700 .Have u. got the point,So for you i advice to reduce the intake (dieting) and icrease the consumption (Sports).If your body needs 1500 and you reduce intake to 1200 + burning 200 by simple walking for 30 minutes so you save 500 cal equal nearly 100-130 gmlday per month you can loose easily 3-4 kg...but please dont calculat first week( Thats another story).
