For the most part I think you are right in the good weight range without being risky--

NO going on a diet does not always mean you will loose weight.. yes it is possible you will tone up and loose fat that your body is storing but just because your scale reads the same weight and you have been working out and eating healthy does not mean you are not seeing results! You have to start eating some meat, like chicken or something!!

Sometimes your scale could possibly even read that you are gaining weight-- DONT PANIC!! Always remember muscle weighs MORE then fat :)

Hope this helped!

Eat ,eat, and eat. Just eat the same amount each day. So you can maintain your body features.

well eating healthy is always good no matter what. you could always try working out too. you may "lose weight" this way, but really you will just gain muscle. also, by eating healthy you will have loads of energy and just feel better all the time!

It depends on how you are changing your diet, really. If you are drastically changing it, and eating significantly less calories, you will lose a little weight. If you aren't really changing the amount of calories you take in, you probably won't change your weight all that much. You are about the same stature as my husband, and I always tell him he needs to eat more!

you don't really have to go on a diet. Just don't eat after 7pm because you'll gain more weight. If you want to eat healthy, eat fruits, soups, and especially vegetables. Don't eat any food that has a lot of carbohydrates. It's too fattening. If I were you, eat fruits and drink fruit juice for breakfast; soups or salads for lunch and dinner. You could a little exercise like a light jog and you'll see results right away. Good luck!

Going on a diet means to clean up your eating habits and transform them into a healthy way of eating.... It is good your doing this...
If you see your dropping weight, eat a couple extra small healthy snacks in the day...

you should use the term
"healthy lifestyle"
if you dont wnna lose wieght

personally i wouldnt recommend dieting. i hvae gone tried it to lose weight and it resulted in the loss of weight in the wrong places. i mean that i ended up weakening my joints and i am only 20. i have recovered but it gave me a hard time. instead i would recommend a healthy exercise program and a normal diet. you do not have to do away with junk food just curb it.
my routine is running atleast 5 km daily though many people may may not have such time. so i recommend taking brisk walks (if they are old or have joint problems) for the same distance or try skipping(jump rope) for about 15 minutes. and to curb hunger take fresh fruits. one word of caution.
if you are planning to do a 5 km run or something on those lines start off slowly and make sure you drink at least 1 glass water every 2 hours or so. this is to prevent any dehydration and take some electrolyte replacement drinks to replenish your body(otherwise you might feel dizzy or feverish).
all this i learnt the hard way. personal experience

your BMI is normal that is 22.4, 18.5-24.9 is the normal. increase your BMI by exercise
