I want lose weight and have a new look for my next school year in 2008/2009?!


Question: I want it to be short and blonde/brunette and I have a beard should I shave it or cut it a little bit short, I need my hair short because I have dandruff and I tried Head and Shoulders
I weigh in-between 300-320 & 5"11 how much should I lose and how long would it take to lose I want it to be done by September 2008 & how do I keep it off once I lose the weight?

You have a right to be concerned about your health. Fist, as I can picture you, I think you should shave off the beard. Nobody that goes to school should have a beard. It's just not the style. If you go with that, then your hair should be cut roughly around 1 inch. A man should never have dandruff. Make sure you take a shower every day and scrub your hair. In your situation, you might not want to get Head and Shoulders but a shampoo that helps greese in your hair. You are definitly overweight. The normal waeight for your hight is 131 to 184 pounds. On the second web site attached, you can find endless info on how to loose weight. You don't just loose weight over night. Don't be disscouraged, but loosing all that weight could take 3 years. If you want to loose weight, you have to take it steps at a time.

i don't know how much you should lose, that's something you must determine with your doctor. exercise and eating right is the way to go. no more sodas (not even diet), no more junk food, no more fast food, etc. You gotta start eating lots of protein, less carbs (unless wheat carbs), and stay away from the sugar. exercise at least 30 minutes, 3 times a week. You should see a difference. Once you've lost the weight, stick to your diet. If you crave sweets, get low calorie or low fat sweets.

Go to your doctor and get a check up. He can give you a diet to follow. a safe diet. Also do lots of walking with other exercises. Walking is one of the best exercises. Good Luck.

Dude your freaking huge! Over 300?! Your going to have to go to a dr to see if you will die when you start exercising. No loss to society if you do but you may fall on a normal size person and crush them. They would look like a cat on the side of the road. SPLAT! Seriously you should go see a dr and talk to them. Talk to them about a gastric bypass and things llike that for a jumpstart. And to keep your legs from shattering when you try to jog. Because dude your freaking HUGE! Eating more SMALLER HEALTHIER (being fried in vegtable oil does NOT make it a vegtable) meals a day will keep your metabolism up. And do cardio. Lots and lots of cardio. Light weight lifting because you do NOT need to put on more mass but building muscle tone will be beneficial. OVER 300 pounds?!

First of all check your body mass index (BMI) to know how much you have to burn.
I can give you my way to burn fat
1. Start a diet you would like - I can suggest you Winter diet - very healthy and working one.
2. After two weeks change the diet.
3. Drink a lot of water, no soda.
4. Exercises - walk, run, dance, swim, any motion which increase your heart rate.
