it depends on your fat and muscle percentage. im 5'6" and i weigh 113.5 pounds and people still call me skinny!! my fat percentage is 20% and thats normal. (women should be between 12 and 26% depending on age.) i have a friend that is 5'5" and weighs 100 pounds with 27% body fat. everyone is different. you should check your percentage then determine what you have to do. heres an online one but i dunno if it will be accurate. http://www.csgnetwork.com/healthcalc.htm...
