I completely let myself go these holidays!? Help?!


Question: What's a good way to get my groove back? I've been allowing myself to eat junk after junk and HAVEN'T been workin' out like normal! I wanna work out tomorrow, but I've said that all week and I find myself LAZY all of a sudden, and I never used to be! Advice would be great... thx all :)

I've been indulging as well over the holidays. HOWEVER since I have a few days before getting back into the groove of routine, I'm sleeping my butt off. It helps me reset my hunger levels. I'm also eating smaller meals and drinking lots of water. I feel so much better after SLEEP.

Set more specific goals and try to stick to them, such as I am gonig to run for 20 minutes, etc. Also try incorporating other things that motivate you, such as a music mixtape, etc.
