Yes no less than a year.
Most doctors recommend losing 10% and keeping that off for 6 months before losing anymore, though.
Just eat right, exercise, and make it a lifestyle change and don't try to go to fast.

It took me 4 months to lose 40 lbs.

I saw an episode on oprah where it took a woman 9 months,I bet someone could lose 10 lbs a month... so right around a year.

The going rate is 2 pounds per week. Probably allow 8 mos to a year to do it safely. If you don't care to stick to the plans then you probably could do it in 6 months.

You don't want to lose it too fast because you want your skin to shrink. A year sounds good. If it's longer than that, say up to 2 years, that's O.K.

with diet and slow workouts 14 months . you will hit a flat spot were your weight will stay stationary . dont worry when this happens , normal,. when you start your workouts start slowly it is very very easy for a woman to injure themselves due to more flexability than a male . your age is a factor . the younger the growth spurt will help dont give up . lots of water limited soft drinks . doctor reccomened wieght loss supplement best of luck to you . thank you

i didi it in 8 months. but believe me it was hard . but it cam b done

it took me 2months to lose 20lbs

I would suggest a cleansing diet. I did this and lost 12 pounds and 19 inches in 9 days. I continued and lost 29 pounds in a month. I like the program since it works by giving your body nutrition through protein shakes with digestive enzymes and vitamins and then cleansing out the toxins. We get toxins in our bodies from pesticides, preservatives, water, pollution, medications, food additives etc
