Wat is a daily fitness timetable for a 15 year old?!


Question: I am 16 years old and i want to get fit and stay healthy. Wat is a good way to do that.

eat mostly fruits and veggies, limit breads and pastas, no red meat

DRINK ONLY WATER

cut calories wherever possible

run daily

exercise

If you Have to, eat only one 'unhealthy' food a day. Go on walks, or if it's a dangerous neighborhood, walk up a flight of stairs 10-30 times a day, eat your three meals a day (especially breakfast), and don't indulge in hours of television unless you already have a daily training program. Those hours add up and can make you unhealthy.
Besides that, just try to keep a normal lifestyle, and as an added tip, low stress levels make quite a difference.
