Question: Im really over weight and i need MAJOR HELP!!!!?
ok well im a 13 year old girl
im 5'3
and i weigh about 168

i just want to lose A LOT of weight by march!!!!
probably like 25-30 pounds or MORE..haha
plz help!!!!

when I was 15, I went from 215 to 135 in a little over a year, and I actually started eating more. For exercise running is the best workout to burn fat and swimming is the best way to tone muscle ( also sit-ups, push-ups, and pull-ups). I started off by running about five miles a week. by the end of that year I was running 35 miles, swimming 2 miles, and cycling 70 miles each week. As for diet, look for more natural foods such fruits and veggies, fresh meat, only drink water and skim milk, and opt for good carbs (sweet and red potatoes and 100% whole grain bread). Avoid all fried foods, proccessed meats, enriched flour, soft drinks, artificial sweetners, anything with high fructose corn syrup, any junk food (candy, chips, ice-cream, etc.) and any high in fat foods. make sure you get enough sleep (8-9 hours per night). you should eat when you're really hungry stop when your full. It is ok to feel a little bit hungry, it is not ok to feel tired or sick. do not starve yourself or force yourself to throw up. focus on a healthy lifestyle, not losing weight. enjoy yourself, I never tried to lose weight I just found a new passion for fitness.

You aren't fat at all! that is average body type. You are too young to worry about that too! relax, enjoy life. Just eat a healthy balanced meal and run around with your friends. that will be sufficent

First off, you are not "really overweight".
The more that you perceive yourself as being fat, the more likely that you will end up truly being fat at some point.
So knock that off, immediately.

Just eat a balanced meal with lots of nutrition and stay active.

That's all you need to know. Just do it.

No carbs
No Dairy
Eat lots of salads and lean cuts of meat. You'll feel like your starving at first but keep it up, your body needs time to adjust to your new eating habits and it'll protest at first. Just don't get obsessed and start being anorexic or bulimic. Good luck, diet and exercise, that's how you'll get skinny!!

i actually used to be a health trainer. Get one at the gym... or you can jog everyday, jump rope, situps etc. Try not to eat carbs and you can eat meat but not the fat. Eat lots of veggies and fruits. NO JUNK

The more intense you follow this, the more you will lose.

Go on a totally fat free diet. No cookies, cakes, pastries, chips, peanuts, etc. You can lose 25 pounds in one year by drinking water as your beverage.
Exercise, sit ups, and aerobics are great. Dancing does wonders, or just go for walks daily.
No midnight snacks.

I did not look at your pictures. A 13 yr old should not post a picture anywhere on the internet. Don't do that again. Now.... an easy way to ease into a diet is to first eliminate anything white .... Those usually are the most caloric foods. Now learn the following phrase
"Nothing tastes as good and thin will feel". Start walking at least an hour a day.

Don't apologize for your bad spelling.... improve it.

You are not really over weigh. Just eat until you are full and not till you blow. Drink lots of water, replace sugar snacks with veggies or anything healthy....Be active and that's about it.

Actually, you are over weight, but not "really" overweight.

I'm the same height as you, but weigh 104.

For someone that is 5'3", it is acceptable to be anywhere from 100 pounds and 140 pounds, so if you wanted to lose weight then that is perfectly acceptable.

Just cut out fast food, junk food, try diet sodas instead of regular, eat fruits and veggies.

okay seriously you are not that bad over weight the way you were describing i thought you would be huge! all you need is a little exersice! drink more juice and water and eat lots of fruits and veggies!

First off, you do not look like you are overweight. I want to say that not eating at all will, in the long run, will cause you to gain more weight than loose it. If you are hungry, eat something. The key is to eat something that is good for you. Fruit and veggies are always a good choice. avoid saturated and trans fats at all costs. Drink lots of water and avoid drinks with high amounts of sugra (juices and sodas). When buying food, check the list of ingredients and sugar should be low and "high fructose corn syrup" is sugar. The fewer ingredients the better the food generally is. Also, if you can pronounce the ingredient it is usually a good sign.

There are lost of fun exercise. Shopping, playing sports, walking, running, swimming, and dancing. Exercise is any
planned activity. Any movement that is planned can be considered exericse. Good Luck.

to get started no soda drink a gallon of water a day spring or distill no tap water!! or crystal light for your
meals.

Breakfast oatmeal and a fruit or a breakfast bar and water.


Lunch eat a grilled chicken breast vegetables with light oil or margarine and a fruit.

Dinner eat a tuna or chicken salad and a small cut of vegetables and a fruit.

no eating after 7pm !!

do 250 sit-ups in the morning and 250 sit-ups before bed.

Try this for 3 weeks and see the difference only if you really want to loose weight.

P.S.
American Whey protein is also good for a replacement meal.
Good taste and goes down smoothly.
Been taking it for 5 yrs now.
