Drink a lot of milk. Try to drink 3 full cups a day. You can add Nesquik to add more calcium and give it taste. Eat foods that contain a lot of calcium, like fish. You can also exercise a little to build muscle mass.

weight training!

go to your local gym, and you will find an abundance of trainers that will show you how to put on healthy weight.

drink milk and eat food with protien ur metabolism will burn off a lot of calories though so it will be hard

Working out is the best way. I no longer have this problem due to age but when I was younger, I had the same skinny frame and couldn't gain weight no matter what I ate. I run and work out now and I wish I had started much earlier in life.

theres nothing worng with being tall and skinny. you should learnt to love howw you look. people die to be like you. you shouldnt try to change, but if you reallly hate the way you look you could consult a doctor. but i really think that there is prob. nothing wrong with the way you look. learn to love.

Eat more and weight train specifically to bulk up

if you run or do cardio, stop or lessen it. start eating alot more protien and carbs and working out. you can trie muscle builders or protein shakes. your best bet is going to GMC and talking with an employee to help find you a good supplement. if your rich you can get a trainer, if not then find a friend to works out and ya'll can go together and pick up on his routine, but start out slow so you don't hurt yourself. good luck

Best thing to do is work out and eat much more than usual. That way you won't just gain weigh and become fat from eating more. Working out will build muscle and also add weight. Just eat like 6 times a day and eat like half a dinner or lunch each time.

When I was 15 I was real skinny too. Now I'm 52 I'm still real skinny. Ate like a horse. tried weights etc...............still real skinny. Some of us are like this. You will fret about it, especially at your young age; I know I did. As you go through life, you will slowly discover that it isn't so terrible to be like this, and it isn't a barrier to relationships. I know this wont help you now, but just mentaly tuck it away somewhere eh? This is not a pc thing to say, but you could be worse. you could be obese?

To be honest, I wouldn't worry about it. It might be 'traditional' and 'macho' for guys to be big and muscly, but many girls find skinny guys attractive. I for one find only tall, skinny guys attractive, whereas my friend likes only 'chunky' guys.
The other point is that whilst you might get a bit more muscly from working out it's not going to make you any 'fuller', as you put it. You will fill out a bit eventually, but that's going to be over the next three years for you - there's nothing you can really do about it. Similarly, eating loads won't help because you've probably got a really fast metabolism.
