there is no REALLY fast way, you just have to take it slowly. try going on a healthy diet, you know, cut out all the junk food and be sure to exercise every day =]

If you do it really fast, you will regain it really fast. Plus interest.

Lose no more than 1-2 lbs per week. Diet and exercise.

I have no idea i am still working on that one myself.

why do diets not work??
Because people stress out!!! a few thousand years ago when it was harder to get food, that huger equaled stress. in return the body would store extra fat. when we stress out about diets or other things, say breakups deadlines ect., the body naturaly holds extra fat. also, eat well roudedly. eat foods you like but throw in sides of protien and veggies. also try smaller portians in every thing. at first you will be hungry, but in time you will get full with smaller amounts of food.

I would suggest a cleansing diet. I did this and lost 12 pounds and 19 inches in 9 days. I continued and lost 29 pounds in a month. I like the program since it works by giving your body nutrition through protein shakes with digestive enzymes and vitamins and then cleansing out the toxins. We get toxins in our bodies from pesticides, preservatives, water, pollution, medications, food additives etc
