What is a good exercising program for mainataining weight?!


Question: I am sick and tired of counting calories,and I'm on a HEALTHY weight range(bmi 19.7).
So,I wanna eat like all my friends,actually maybe a bit less,since they really eat LOTS and LOTS of sweets.
So what kind of exercises can I do to maintain my weight without counting my calories?I have a membership in the gym,but I'm not aloud to walk in the neighbourhood except once a week with my sister...I am 13 by the way

to maintain your weight just exercise btwn 3 to 4 days a week. 30 mins of cardio and weight training twice a week to keep your skin and muscles toned. you can eat sweets once in a while but don't over eat. always eat fruits and veges and drink plenty of water. try to avoid soda, sounds hard but it's worth it. when you learn to know your food portions you wont have to count calories. hope this helped. you should consult your physician so he/she can tell you what exercses you should do since your 13. good luck
