How do i put weight on?!

im 5'5" too and need to gain weight but i see a nutritionist and therapist...im only at 92 pounds now and i was lighter...

-dried fruit(especially raisins)-instead of fresh fruit
-Lean meats
-complex carbs(oatmeal, brown rice, whole wheat bread/pasta)
-peanut butter(put on anything)-or other nuts
-look for "proto pure" protein bars....each has 300 calories and 32 g protein but are low fat(7-8g), ok carb(around 26), very low sugar(1g), very healthy and delicious...i like the chewy chocolate chip and chocolate deluxe..or the regular "pure" protein bars but they are smaller and only have around 180-200 calories and 20 grams of protein
-loose granola or muesli(as a good snack)
-potatoes and corn instead of greens
-drink boost plus and ensure plus(the chocolate is the best) they have 350-360 calories each and have alot of vitamins, healthy fats, and the carbs u need...look them up...there is a difference between the regular and the plus...
-milk/other dairy products
-beans/seeds


u need to eat more calories then u burn to gain weight and dont do cardio(or other exercises until u are heavier)

and have a nutritious meal before bed like a peanut butter sandwich and a tall glass of milk or boost plus

my nutritionist even said it was ok to eat ice cream every day cuz of the calcium but u need to get the low fat kind...

Yeah same I can't gain weight to save my life!

I'm 24 5'6 and only weigh 6 1/2 stone! GAH annoying.

All I can say is gain muscle :) Do sport honestly I did! :)

Don't listen to people saying eat fatty foods. That's not healthy. Eat healthily but in a larger quantity!

eat junk food dont worry u need to gain weight so really eat all the junk you want

eat, eat, then later on eat some more.

lots of calories the more the better if u r young it will be hard because ur metabolism will just burn it but protien and foods with a lot of calories

instead of eating 1 piece of toast eat 2 for example. force yourself to eat! omg..... you need to talk to someone about this
this could and will kill you
