How do I lose weight on specific parts of my body?!


Question: I am 5'1 and weigh approx 49-50kg.

I'd like to lose weight:
- around my face
- on my sides (love handles)
- thighs

I definately don't want to lose any weight around my breasts as I'd hate for them to get any smaller.

For your sides and thighs- Ride a bike everyday for about a mile or two
If you don't have a bike or it is winter time where you live, lay on your back, lift up your legs, and make your legs move in a pedaling motion. It's the same thing as riding a bike.
As for your face, I can't help you. Just cut down on sweets!

you can't decide what fat you will lose when you diet and exercise.....

you cannot spot reduce. you have to do cardio exercise (swimming, running, dancing, walking, etc.) to burn fat. then you have to tone muscles by doing exercises such as push ups, crunches, etc.
