Cardiovascular fitness: cardiovascular glide, basketball, softball, racquetball, and soccer

Muscular strength - any short-term weight-bearing exercise - you typically need to do more than one type because each exercise type focuses on certain muscles only.

Muscular endurance - any long-term weight-bearing exercise - you typically need to do more than one type because each exercise type focuses on certain muscles only.

Flexibility - any muscle stretching exercise - you typically need to do more than one type because each exercise type focuses on certain muscles only.

Cardiovascular fitness - any exercise that is aerobic in nature. That is, one that lasts for at least 20 - 30 minutes minimum and gets your heart rate up above 120 bpm - you typically do not need to do more than one exercise type because each such exercise type will work out the system so long as you do the minimum time and keep you heart rate up. Swimming is a good one because your body's weight is supported and it affects two areas - Muscular Endurance + Cardiovascular. Add in some stretching exercises before and after and you've got three areas covered.
